I've decided to start a deathskulls ork army recently.
So far I haven't really decided on my army list, but heres something rough i though of:

Hq:
Warboss:
Usual kitout (cybork, PK, etc)

KFF Mek:

Elites:
Lootas (fluffy for deathskulls): roughly 10 of them.

Troops:
Nobs: 5 with wound allocation shenanigans + painboy.

Boyz: 30 with pk nob and 3 rokkits.

boyz: 30 with pk nob and 3 big shootas.

fast attack:
unit of 3 warbuggies (to be konverted from land speeders)

Heavy Support:
Deff Dread with unknown loadout (not sure if it will be konverted.

Now, with that covered, on to the minis. So far I've bought a box of 5 nobs, with 1 painted fully and 1 nearly done, the rest are just black.

Edit:

Decided to swap the Deff Dread out for some Trukk boyz, or might put the nobs in a trukk.

They are looking good nice sharp bright blue. To really tie them with the Deathskulls some looted ex-imperial weapons may be an idea. Incidentally for Deffskulls the AoBR box also comes with Meganobz and a Dreadnaught to loot.

thanks for the feedback, I was thinking of making the lootas out of normal boyz, plus random looted weapons.

Update:
Big Mek Conversion:

Bit of Fluff behind him:

Big Mek Dragbag da Wheela got his name from a particular battle against some Chaos Space Marines. Just as the battle was starting to end, and victory was in the Orks grasp, a rhino emerged from the enemy battle lines and went straight for the Dragbag and his fellow Lootas. They fired all they had at it, which caused it to explode. Dragbag and the Lootas start rejoicing in their victory against " Da Metal Bawkz" when out crawled a Champion of Khorne. He ran forward screaming "Blood for the Blood God!!!!" and charged straight at the orks. He tore 3 apart before finally reaching Dragbag. Dragbag swung at him with his drill-sword arm, but missed him. The champion swung his two-handed chainaxe and cleaved his legs right off. Dragbag was so enraged by this that he crawled up to the champion, who was busy tearing into the other lootas, and he cut one of his legs off. The champion fell to the ground and was overcome by the fearful lootas. Later on Dragbag was repaired by "da Dok Boss" and now has wheels for legs, made from chaos rhino hatches.
