So C&C welcomed. I never played with chosen squad so are they to small? Should I add a power-fist to them?

The chosen need two things

1) a rhino so they can outflank better cause they don't have plasma guns
2) a flamer so they have some versitility


Other then that the list looks okay. Personally I don't like MSU but if it works for you go ahead. Though I would suggest dropping the defiler. A bit to big of a target for this point lvl in my opinon.

Maybe take one squad of 10 plauge marines for objective sitting as 2/3 games will be objective based

So what is the idea/ tactics behind this list? That would help

I run a very similar list at 1500 points.

As Marmaduke already said, get a Rhino for the Chosen. Outflanking Meltas with an 18"/24" threat range is huge.
Drop the Defiler for another Lash Prince.

Very similar to the list I run at 1500. (Very similar to almost all CSM 1500 point lists really).

I like the defiler and would keep it over the chosen or the 3rd squad of plague marines.

But I do agree you want two lash princes. They are your aces in the hole.

The defiler though is just too good. He can erase MEQ squad from the table, and his close combat power is nice for protecting your more vulnerable obliterators from deep striking or fast units.

Things that want to deal with obliterators usually can not deal with a big honking 5 attack dreadnought.

that is were i must disagree with you. a good list should have several components that woirk well. the lash prince is just one oof those components. you should never reliy on one or two units to do everything for you.

lash princes provide utility and a very unique option, to move your opponent towards you for shooting and charges or away to walk off objectives. cant tell you how many times i have just used the lash prince to walk someones big death star into a corner and keep it there while i slaughtered the rest of his army. SO USEFULL its not even funny

and besides anyone who has played chaos more then ounce will know about the lash princes. so its not like its some big secret. lash is one of the best things Chaos has
