Forgive me for not having the point values but my codex is using stealth, also I'll add in what my strategy will be.

HQ:
Arankyr the Traveller-CCB w/gauss
Overlord w/ scythe, MSS, Phareon, orb

Court 1:
Harbringer of the storm w/Lightning field
Harbringer of Destruction x2 w/Pulse x1
Harbringer of Despair w/veil of darkness
Court 2:
Harbringer of Destruction x2 w/Pulse x1
Lord w/scythe, MSS, orb

Elites:
C'tan shard w/ gaze of death and pyreshards(or thunderbolt, not sure which)
Deathmarks x5 w/cryptek of despair
Lychguard x5-7 w/shields: Lord w/scythe, orb and MSS goes here and Harbringer of storm for anti-tank goodness

Troops:
Pyyrehin(sp?) eternals x10 w/tesla
Immortals x10 w/gauss: Overlord goes here
Warriors x10 w/harbringer of destruction x2
Warriors x10 w/harbringer of destruction x2

Fast attack:
6 wraiths w/coils and exile ray(when the models comes out)
5 tomb blades w/gauss(though I'm open to changing it if suggested)
10 x scarabs

Heavy Support:
Doomsday ark
Monolith
Doomsday ark

So the strategy is mainly shoot the enemy to death, arks deploy on either side of the monolith about 12" from either side of it so they can have overlapping array fire, while blasting away at the enemy from afar. Lychguard come in through the monoliths portal, lighting field weaken or dissuades enemy from assaulting them. Tomblades harrass, wraiths murder, scarabs eat. Eternals have counter attack and furious charge so the enemy would be wary to assault them, the gauss immortals have phaeron and the overlord so they can move and shoot while having protection in melee. Warriors play defense but can still snipe with Eldrich lances. Thoughts? ideas? criticisims?

As far as your question involving the lychguard, you can only have 1 member of a royal court in each squad. However. You have two overlords between Arankyr and the Generic OL, split them up into different courts, and it becomes legal to have both in the squad.
If you are really set on the doomsday arcs, i'd consider a Triarch Stalker, if it hits, they'll be twin linked, and then truely effective.
C'tan is strong, but will instantly be a fire magnet, play him smart, and he'll earn his points value. Gaze of death you can't really go wrong with, I usually give him pyreshards with that to keep his points down some.
As far as the warriors go, if you could field a blob of 20, with a res orb lord w/ MSS, and a scythe, you'll have a daunting block of troops that can take tremendous amounts of fire and keep coming.
I'd use maybe two small units of 5 warriors each to hold "safe" objectives, maybe combine them into 1 squad of 10 for the same purpose, and rely on some immortals / warrior blob if you take one, to be alive at the end of the game.

Also, deathmarks can deep strike with a crpytek, as long as he has veil of darkness. He also gains the benefits of the wounding marked targets on 2's

OK, thanks, I wasn't sure about the court thing. I've really had good experiences with the Harbringer of the storm in the past, the lord was there just to add survivability and a scythe for dealing with walkers to the squad. )*edit: never mind, twin-linked blasts re-roll scatter die and 2D6 NICE!*) Also, I wasn't sure about the harbringer of despair after reading the codex a few more times, but he's rocked in the past. Thank you for the helpful input.
