So this is my first attempt at doing any kind of free hand painting. I basically just made a bunch of random space stuff on their bases as a way to test and improve my freehand painting. Some of it came out very well. Some of it is a little less than what I wanted.

The ships are converted from plastic Tyranid bits. I know that they are a little on the small side (not that it matters in BFG) but I wanted to be able to have my ships in base contact with other ships without them hitting each other.

There are a few extra bases at the end which do not have painted ships yet, but I included pictures anyways.
