This is my first ever list getting into fantasy. Looking for some constructive criticism. I'm looking into mainly running a Khorne themed daemon army and was thinking this list seemed like a fairly solid start.

Solid start yes, but there is some room for improvement.
A HoKh will do far better in a unit of Crushers than Skulltaker. The Crushers really need the Hatred from the HoKh to do well in CC.
2 units of 10 B'letters are not going to last very long on the battlefield, I'd combine them into one unit.
Either way, you cannot have 2 of the same icons in an army. Look at the GW DoC FAQ.
Musicians are very useful in any army; the free reform is worth the points spent on the Musician.

I dropped the hounds for more troops. I feel like they are good, but I really want to use my squad of crushers I have bought. Also would I want to run the 20 bloodletters in a unit 5 wide and 4 deep or 10 wide and 2 deep?

Too many points spent on HoKs Gifts. He can only have 50 points worth.

Ah, didn't know that. Ok, I'll just drop the Firestorm Blade. I'll probably get more out of the re-rolls anyway at 1000pts.

The updated list looks good.
I'd run the Bloodletters 5x4, as I think you'll need the ranks.

I'd also swap a champ from the Bloodletters, and give it to the Crushers. There are some Heroes or chump challenges you'll want the champ to take for you. Plus, in CC hit will have to be allocated separately to the Herald/Champ/Rank&File, this can help your small unit from being overwhelmed too quickly. Also, the more attacks the better, even if it's only one.

Sadly I don't think I can. Don't I have to limit my rares to 25% of the total points? At 1000pts that is 250 and right now they are at 240.

Doh, good call.
Maybe drop the banner? 3 in a 1k list is quite a few, and 3 Crushers could be popped in one round, so it'd be taking out the most fragile banner in your list.
