Sorry if this post is redundant.
It seems 15mm might be a better scale for larger games. I have currently developed a work flow that takes images from the Dawn of War series and converts them into scaleable CAD files for 3d printing. Going to make every darn thing that looks cool in 15mm.

Want to help? Print, mold, cast, trade. That is the plan.

The problem is that printing those designs is printing GW's copyrighted imagery and models. Legality aside, that's a very interesting idea and it sounds pretty cool.

As for 40k gaming in 15mm, I would like it. However, it's in that awkward scale between the 28mm 40k is typically in and the 5mm that Epic was in, where you don't get as much modeling potential as 40k or as big battles as Epic. I know I would love to play it, but I don't know how well it would catch on.
