I know that the MkVIII Errant armor has no official helmet, but me and my little brother call the sharp helmet that is usually worn with errant the "errant helmet."
What do you guys think?
I mean this helmet (guy on top right):

Far left

Sergeant is wearing it.

Isn't that the "Iron" pattern helmet on those guys?

No I don't think so, the Iron helm's point goes down longer, it has more rivets, and is round on top.

I tend to agree with the OP. It's a sharp design either way. And that is definitely NOT the MkIII Iron Armor helmet.

its basically a shorter "beakie" helmet.

It is the official Errant helmet as its what is shown with the Errant pattern all the time.

With Errant armour, you're looking for the popped collar and additional armour protecting the any exposed cables from the mark VII armour, not really a particular helmet.

A good example is, while the Sternguard sergeant above is wearing Errant armour (due to the popped collar), you can also make a model with Errant armour from the tactical squad box (I think, it could be the command squad) using the torso provided with popped collar and a mark VII helmet. Even the 'official' diagram from codex Space Marines has the popped collar and a mark VII helmet.

I like to think that the OP is correct in his choice of helm to go with Errant armour. I play GK and their own armour also has the gorget (popped collar sounds so club roaming douchy) and a similar style helm.

It was meant to.

Spoiler:

The 'official' diagram of Errant armour.

Notice the mark VII helmet. While some models have the other style of helmet, that style is also seen without the popped collar, and GW give you the means to make Errant armour using a mark VII helmet and popped collar in the tactical squad kit.

It's the collar you're looking for. That type of helmet the OP is looking for is just another variant power armour helmet, but not specific to a particular mark of armour.

As for Grey Knights, they wear their own mark of power armour called 'Aegis armour'.

Jes Goodwyn designed a helmet for the Mk8, GW just never made a model with it. The Mk8 concept art:

The helmet though similar to the Mk7 had the sharper lines and bat eared protrusions to protect the part of the respirator and comm. system that comes around the side of the helmet.

I always thought that the MK VII helmet with the slightly narrower mouth piece, like the sergeant helmet on the tactical sprue, is the official MK VIII helmet.

Armor gets mixed and matched between marks so much it can be tough to tell what goes with what.

The only helmet that doesn't go with Errant armor is the Beakie helmet. The gorget gets in the way.

GW actually made a 'full and correct' MKVIII suit of armor a ways ago.

The helmet is pretty much a MKVII one.

I know the Grey Knights have their own variant of power armour, just drawing similarities is all.

There were two "original" MkVIII models made, the one above, and this one:

They both had MkVII style helmets with them. Since those models, the "MkVIII" sorta disappeared, as the collared torso lacks the belly protector plate. But no, it doesn't seem that there has ever been an official MkVIII helmet.

The "knightly" looking helm isn't really a part of any armor Mk. It just sorta appeared at some point. I think the original Emperor's Champion model was the first to have it, and instead of remaining a special item for him, it got reused more often down the road. Don't know if I have ever seen a nomenclature for it.

Marneus Calgar is referred to as "one of the Imperium's greatest tacticians" and he treats the Codex like it's the War Bible. If the Codex is garbage, then how bad is everyone else?
