Have you ever wanted an "advanced" 40k kit, with brass etch, super detailed interior and exterior? Do you think that it would be a good investment for an aftermarketer(Chapterhouse etc.) or even for GW to produce

Forgeworld's done a couple. There are also some really good modelers you can see in the P&M blogs who do the super-detailing stuff on their own. I think it's awesome, but I don't paint the interiors of my vehicles as is. Almost nobody is going to open up my tank to look inside, and it's a huge pain in the ass anyway. Even as someone who's as heavy into the painting/modeling side as I am, it's not something I can be arsed to do.

Not really, honestly. If you've already got conversion skills, then you don't need something like this. If you don't, then something like this would be HELLA expensive.

They don't sell them anymore to my knowledge, but they used to have interior kits for Chimeras and Stormswords. They may have had one for the old resin Baneblade as well, or that was Armorcast with theirs back in the day. I don't quite recall.

I picked no, as you really can, with enough time, convert things to look pretty awesome. Don't waste your money man. Although....I can't say I would ever feel the need to have the interior of my vehicles super detail as I may never see them...

I voted yes, but only for masterpiece models, those that are really worth it. I actually have some brass etched stuff from forgeworld, as I love the super detailed aspect of it. I really like super detailed models and though many have said that conversion with enough time is the way to go, I'm just not nearly good enough to convert something and make it good looking and detailed.

Then Horus comes across the lone grot, somehow managing to kill the Emperor, and punts it into space.

it would be pretty funny to see an interior detail kit with 11 marines crammed into a rhino. 10 plus driver. I JUST WANT TO SEE HOW THEY DO IT!

He is not.

Forge World produced interior detailing kits for the old Chimera. They are no longer sold as they do not fit correctly with the "reworked" Chimera.
They also produce brass etch parts for the major Space Marine Chapters, the Inquisition, Chaos, and the Imperial Guard. Brass-etch is mainly for extraneous stuff for the exterior.
