Is there a way to turn that off? Recently I produced a thread about Squats, promising to update the thread with a concept of what could have happened. After finishing the the lore, I go to bump/update the page saying I'm finished and asking for feedback, however, I just "Append" the post, so instead of people seeing that something new has been posted on the thread, and the thread moving to the top, it stays at the bottom, seemingly un-updated. So, is there a way I can turn that off so I can update my thread?

The auto append is there specifically so people don't bump threads with multiple posts in a short time span.

If it's been a short enough time for the auto append to still kick in, people will still see it. And you can always edit the title to say that you have added to the post.
