Since I've already done others I might as well put this one up too. Since Nomads seem to be the premier hackers they should be discussed as well. Since I don't know much about Nomads I'll leave most of it to you.
Light/Medium Hackers The only thing I can see here is why would you take a Alquacil or anything else other than an Inverventor? A much better WIP and BTS for only a few pts. more. Yes it's pretty obvious what he is but he's so good! The Moderator is a point less than the Alquacil and less WIP but he has better BTS. Zoe is almost too good. Great WIP but her little remote has Sensor, Repeater, FO and an ODD. The Moiras are great if you need flexibility. A great hacker but can still do other things as well.

Fast Hacker The only one the Nomads have. Great for coming on from an edge or jump to where you need him most. Not really used much because of all the repeaters the have access to.

Infiltrating Hacker First off the Intruder has better things to do like Sniper. I think I would go with the Zero over Spektr just because of pts. But still all good at what they do. Get close to the target and hack. Then get out or destroy.

Opinions will vary from list to list, but typically for me this is how they play out...
If you are going Vanilla and you need a hacker, the Interventor is the way to go. With a 15 WIP -3 BTS and fills your LT slot, what is not to love? Oh and you get the HD+ for GML shenanigans.
Coming in a close second is the Reverend Custodier. You're losing 1 WIP and costing a few more points, but in return you still fill your Lt role with HD+ while gaining ODD and marker. Why does she come in second then? Those precious few point and the fact that for those points she should be used more offensively... which is dangerous for an Lt.
Coming in 3rd is Zoe. Don't get me wrong, she is fantastic with her ability to wrap Engineer and Hacker all into one. However sometiems you just need a hacker and don't want the extra points baggage. Plus you need to find a different Lt and don't get an HD+. This combination bumps her down to 3rd IMO.
I'm not a big fan of camo hackers due to their cost but they do have their benefit. Since Nomads have access to so many repeaters the combo of repeat + combat camo hack is vicious.

Can you talk a bit more of what Repeaters are and how they work? I've never used them myself.

There is 4 forms of Repeaters:
- Special rule "Repeater" which is attached to a model like a Remote
- Deployable Repeater which is a piece of equipment that can be planted on the ground as a token
- Deployable Repeaters that are fired out of a gun called a Marker.
- Any friendly hacking device also counts as a repeater
Each of these work the same way, just have different mechanics for getting them where you want them. The models with Repeater special rule or hacking device are always active and can move around. The Deployable and Marker shot repeaters aren't active till they land at their location.
All repeaters simply expand the Zone of Control for your hacker. This means they can hack a target that is within 8" of themselves or within 8" of any of their repeaters on the table, even in ARO. With a few repeaters spread around the board you can quickly lock down enemy Heavy Infantry and Remotes with a good hacker.
It's important to remember that a model with a Hacking Device Plus can also Forward Observe any target through their repeaters. This is what makes the "Dirty Nomad Trick" possible.
- Fire a Deployable Repeater upfield (and pray it sticks the landing)
- Use your hacker to forward observe a target
- Fire a Guided Missile into the Target
The key role however of repeaters is it keeps your hacker safe. Getting within 8" of a target can be very dangerous for these costly models, so you send a repeater upfield to mitigate that risk. Since your Hacker is the one preforming the order, not the repeater, it will typically not trigger and ARO from the opponent (unless they can see the hacker). However, enemy hackers may always attempt to defensively hack no matter their location on the board.

I thought I'd put this in as well since they are the repeaters

That's is what GML and HD+ are for no pesky defensive hackers swatting missile out of the sky.
That being said, Antipodes and Duroc are some of the easiest ways of obliterating a GML trick there is lol.

Will it be a problem if I have no interest in getting antipodes or duroc ? =P
Maybe eventually Traktor Muls because I like the models...But I would also need the dozer model...which looks lame imo =(

Exactly, do not limit your list to counter one potential list out there. You'll just need to have something in your list that can get up field fast if need be, like and infiltrator or AD.
