So Im getting these on PC for my wifes bday present. I had the game when it first came out on Xbox, and she absolutely fell in love with it. The problem though is, do I get them on PC or 360? Ive read that you can use a patch for them to work on PC, but Im a little bit leery simply because I know enough about PC's to know that sometimes, the gak just wont work but on the 360, Ive read that the games can have sound issues and other glitches of annoyance. Im still pretty sure Im just going the PC route, as even in my first google search, any and all problems those fellas had, were solved real quick, and I hadnt seen/read any other odd glitches on the PC

So anyone have these on PC with windows 7? Any problems other then patching it to work on 7? And Anyone remember just how fething awesome these games were????

Ooh i have them on my pc as we speak

well KOTOR 2. I uninstalled 1

I run them on Windows 7 and found that "run as administrator" solves any problems I had running them after installation. The only real issue I have is that widescreen ratios arent supported (to my knowledge) so I had to fiddle with my monitor settings

Hey, I just met you,

*Definitely* get a game like this for PC. I cannot stress this enough. There *may* be some issues(like authentication problems in KOTOR2), but that's heavily out-weighted by mods. The save editor can also be useful.

PC. Save game editor is nice, but not completely necessary feature.
