how far must a necron annihilation barge move in order to be considered "moved" or "moved at combat speed"? I moved about 1/2 inch in order to make any later assaults against my vehicle hit on a 4+ instead of auto hitting. My opponent did not feel that I should be harder to hit because I did not move even 1 inch. thoughts please? I think the BRB has 0"=stationary", "1-6=combat speed" and "7-12 is cruising speed".

You only need to move the minimum distance to satisfy the rule's requirements for Combat Speed.

Any displacement over 0 and up to 6" is combat speed.

If you move 0.0000000001 inches you have moved combat speed.

Remember it is actual displacement that counts for assault - you cannot move 3" forwards and 3" backwards as you would then be hit automatically
