HEy, I was wondering if anyone is near or in Burke or the surrounding area. I live in Burke, 22015, and I'll like to have people to play besides going to a local GW.

I live in Arlington and am always down to play. These are the places that support the game. Its sometimes hard to line up the players. As long as I have a few days notices I can try and meet up.

Hobby Works / Faircity Mall - Fairfax: They are really trying to build the community. They even offer a solid discount on GW products on their game day (Sunday). Lots of terrain, leader board, Tournament on the 22nd. Send a weekly email advertising special games each week.

There are two alternatives in Falls Church:

Victory Comic: Solid set of terrain. Not very active. They have an email list to find games.

Complete Strategist: Good selection of GW products Not very active.

I wish the two above had more activity as they are close to my house. Anyway let me know if your down for a game. I am always down to break out the forces.

People rarely mention it, but Eagle and Empire is Alexandria has about 6 tables and plenty of terrain. Unsure about the 40k activity but the owner says there is a good crowd weekend nights.

Hi guys! This is Danni from hobby works in fairfax VA, I am running a tourney on the 21st, it is a standard 1500 point match. If you can't make the points, we will be happy to team you up with someone that will make up the difference. As was said before we give discounts on GW product, and we have a leader board. Keep in mind there is an entry fee for the tourney, it's $5.00, but it all goes to prizes for the top 3 victors, we do not keep any of it for the store. We start at noon and go till 7pm, hopefully we see some of you here next Saturday.
