Would it be possible to have those emoticon things based on WHFB? I've noticed that they were all Wh40k, and that doesn't seem that fair.

I was thinking about the emotes today myself. Did you guys pay to have them done? I know a guy who'd probably love to do the rest for you. I'd be happy to put a list together too.

This is a WH40k-centric board. If you want to go make some WHFB emoticons, go ahead! Lego will appreciate it (Possibly) and thank you guys. Just don't be surprised if they come after all the 40k stuff.

At least Orks have Orcs in fantasy.

I agree, i'm not fussed about it personally but i do know a guy if Lego is wanting to get some more made.

Most of the original Orkmoticons were done by a former Daqkka member. A few more have been added over the years by other members, including a couple by me. So far as I know, they've all been donated by the original artists.

Lego's open to adding more if they seem appropriate, but having more just for the sake of having more doesn't really accomplish anything useful. If peoepl can see any 'gaps' in the emoticon range and want to provide something to fill it, by all means post it up.

A user named Gwar! made almost all of them. The and were made by Insaniak.

If you look at KingCracker's sig, he has a custom one with a beer glass. I also believe that shrike made a one of two orks bumping mugs.

How did you make that? Whenever I try to use MSpaint it comes out gakky.

I just made changes to original ones from the site.

Grimteef made the vast majority of the Orkmoticons. He also did a lot of design work on TheWaaagh forums as well.

GWAR made...I think the face palm one (and maybe one other).

And as for them being 40K-centric...they're not. They're just Orks! So no, we wouldn't be interested in having a whole other set of Fantasy themed emoticons, as the one's we have aren't 40K-centric, they're Ork centric.

Now, what we ARE missing are army badges for other games besides 40K. I would LOVE someone to create army badges for WHFB, Warmachine/Hordes, etc.

That is something we would definitely love for people to submit.
