If you were able to field an army using any unit from any Codex, what would your list look like? Would you field Eldrad and three units full of Thunder Cav supported by a static rail gun line from your battle suits? Would you bring a hailstorm of drop pods filled with dark eldar?

Personally I'd like to run an air cav list full of vendettas protected by KFF meks.

Completely absurd, yet pleasantly epic. I would use a spearhead of Stormravens carrying contemptor dreads, supported by 2 dreadnought tactical squads (basically 10 dreads with 1 fire support, 1 furioso and 8 standard dreads)

Eldar aren't 5th ed though, or Tau. So is this just a army made out of any units from any codex? (in which case the title, 'All-5th Edition army' is wrong), sorry to be pedantic, but I want to establish that before I give my opinion.
