which websites have good/cool ork conversion kits?

Kromlech as stated above.
Micro arts studios has gasmask heads and various other orky bits.
Maxmini carries some alternate heads and plenty of cool looking guns.

I'll 2nd the Kromlech recommendation. I've used quite a bit of their stuff and it's usually high quality.

I've also used bits from the fantasy orcs, including heads, and black orc bits.

My favorite part of modeling orks is using kits from other armies and just 'orking' it up to fit.
