My friend and I were playing a game of 40k the other day and we came across something neither of us could figure out. My genestealers (with furious charge and poison weapons) were assaulting his lytch guard which are T5, genestealers are S4 normally but S5 on the charge. Would I get the re roll for poison because im the same strength as his toughness? or does it work the way bikers do, being T5 but T4 for ID? I ended up flipping for it and lost but still wiped his 400 point squad off the board

Yes you would get the re-roll on the charge since your Stealers are S5 on the charge.

Yup. The turn you charge you'd get the re-roll.

This is one of the best ways for nids to play, FC+poison is a deadly combo
