Looking into the possibility of mounting my exalted hero on a chariot to improve his hold the line to 18" and improve his combat abilities. I never use metal models, so I have to find a suitable plastic conversion. All I can think of is the plastic Tomb King on a chariot for the chariot chassis, buy a box of chaos knights for two barded warhorses, and putting the BSB and a halberd warrior on the back. Are there any other conversion options? Will two chaos warriors fit on a tomb king chariot?

Second question is what sort of gear to give him. I am more interested in offensive gear, and I have 50 pts to spend plus 5pts for shield/halberd (he will have MoT for theme) Right now I have it set up as:

Exalted Hero, MoT, BSB, Shield, Sword of Strife, Dragonbanehelm, Chariot- 300pts

for a total of 10 attacks plus impact hits. Any other options?

As for the gear talisman of preservation + ironcurse icon, for a 3++ on the hero and 5++ vs warmachines to keep the chariot in one piece, add mundane gear to taste.

I don't believe they are actually, so being on a chariot wouldn't give you an 18" leadership bubble.
