 What are Dakka's thoughts on this? I for one am very surprised that it will take until October for this to occur.

Can be avoided xD I do it.
It has a nice "Ask" feature, where you get questions from followers (or Anons if feeling risky). I use it to answer with drawings, so I improve my drawing speed (I used to take too much darned time even on a simple sketch).

Tumblr is just pron. I foolishly tried searching for manga characters without safesearch on, and most of the eye scarring horror was on Tumblr.

Definitely, Its going to be more popular. I have used all three. Blogger, Wordpress and Tumblr and out of these, I like tumblr the most.
