Hi all, couldn't find a thread for this so apologies if this is a double post of someone elses.

I'm curious how I declare my deep strikes on my daemonic assault turn. My most common opponent has said that I have to place them all and then roll for them, while I have seen threads that claim I can place them and roll for them one at a time. The rulebook seems unclear on this. What is the correct ruling?

Once you know which half is appearing, you place as normal when multiple reserves are coming in - in fact as normal when movign units. You place the marker model for a unit, scatter and resolve deepstrike. Move onto the next unit. Repeat.

Exactly the same as when you move normally - you dont simultaneously move every unit, you resolve sequentially

K cheers for that, sorry if its a stupid question, my normal opponent plays infiltrating nids so that coupled with placing everything at once meant it was really, really hard to deep strike onto the table. This should make it a little better.
