I know when you add wood glue to a painted base(citadel color) it dissolves the paint a bit and turns to color instead of drying up clear. Does this also happens when you have sealed the model with purity seal before adding the gue too?

Er, no? My experience so far is that PVA or white glue dries clear.

Maybe the paint was still wet and "bled" a bit into the PVA?

So it is simply a matter of letting the paint dry out more.

Still I hear people using snow flog together with PVA glue and get it to be a bit coloured too.

I thought maybe with purity seal it would not anymore and because I will seal the models anyhow that could be a solution for not coloring the snowflog.

So can somebody be conclusive about this?
