Subject: With Two Grey Knight Grand Masters how do you do this.
If I have two Grey Knight Grey Masters both with Grand Strategy, do I fully resolve the first Grand Strategy completely and then the second. Or can I roll them together and then choose which which strategy to use with each Grandmaster.

There's no rule on it. Most people probably won't care, but if it were me I'd resolve one then roll the other, just to err on the side of caution.

As above. As long as both are completed before deployment you have complied with the rules, and as 40k is generally sequential unless explicitly stated otherwise, doing one then the other is probably best.
