Not that I know of. I just browsed through Grey Wolf and it looks like the Finns are the only nation that get to use captured T-34's in LW.

And on a second glance I noticed that Grenadierkompanies in Grey Wolf are able to take 1 looted T-34 (that's 1 tank, not a platoon). It's not much, but it fits the bill...

I believe lots of lat war german lists have the option of a Captured Panzer platoon.

And by platoon I mean 1 really cheap unreliable tank thats usually Confidant Trained.

and you can take 1 of these looted panzer platoons.

At the end of the day, if you want to play with T-34s, play Russians.

Earth and Steel has a few, no T34's though if thats what you're asking

Theres the Beute Panzers, they have a bunch of old french tanks

One of the Panzer companies can have up to one Firefly too

The firefly is actually a good deal as its an upgrade to a Stug or Panzer IV platoon. All the others are kinda meh.

I really only see them being useful in really small games so you can have a cheap tank to support some infantry.

The Grey Wolf Grenadierkompanie can take a Looted Panzer Platoon, which is just 1 tank that's either a T-70, a Sherman, a T-34 1942, or a T-34/85.

It's actually a great option for a Grenadierkompanie since it counts as a full platoon, allowing you to put out more stuff on the table when there's reserves.
