Are they worth there points?
For a few points a squad these guys have the power to be devastating. I'm planning to field three squads of 6 Psykers in Chimeras with some acolyte support in case the psykers go belly up. But I'm not a fan of the low leadership and danger of being killed instantly on a perils.
What do you guys think are they reliable enough? And what about for a tournament lets say?
1500 - never get where I'm going
2500 - roll more than binary
1000 - never bring enough bodies
They are not reliable at all, but they are a great gamble unit. Low points with the potential for a huge amount of destruction. I'd put them in a rhino to benefit from the psychic pilot rule stopping them getting shaken/stunned.
edit: I'd also probably include a Warrior Acolyte in the squad (if points allow) so there is one model left if they suffer a perils.

Harry, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. Every day, once a day, give yourself a present. Don't plan it. Don't wait for it. Just let it happen. It could be a new shirt at the men's store, a catnap in your office chair, or two cups of good, hot black coffee.
Thanks! I thought about the rhino as well but if I lost the squad I would like to have some fire power remaining. It's a hard choice for me picking between rhino armour, 2 man hatch with fortitude or chimera armour, 5 man top hatch with ML/HF.
