This is a good-looking list. I have been considering something similar for some time now, as my Imotekh list is getting boring. Some comments:
Second on troops being iffy. Two out of three missions is objectives and you will have those guys wiped out. The final third of missions is kill points, so same deal.
Lords don't need the weave. They will likely face power weapons and AP2/AP1 shots anyway, so the weave will not help. If you really want to protect them, give them phase shifters but that is very expensive. I'd leave them with just warscythes and maybe mindshackles, and count on the CCB's to keep them safe.
Even with 6 lanceteks and two CCBs, I am not sure you have enough AT.
Your list also lacks tarpit units, which is bad for a shooty list.
My recommendation is to drop one unit of wraiths (12 is still plenty to rip people's faces off), drop the weaves, drop one of the ABs (2 is plenty), 2 lanceteks (4 is not bad considering the rest) possibly drop the mindshackle as well. That should save you about 420 pts. Then use the points to buy:
10 scarabs (150)
2 spyders (100)
2 ghost arks (230)
Combine the warriors into 2 squads with space for the lanceteks, and load them in the arks. Now you have just two scoring units but they are hell of a lot tougher to wipe out, especially as the pulseteks will take away 2 turns of shooting from the enemy.
Don't underestimate the usefulness of the scarab minifarm. It looks scary and distracts from the rest of your army. If unaddressed, it will cause horrible damage to vehicles and monstrous creatures.
Caution: Do not allow a multi-assault with wraiths and scarabs. A clever opponent will trash the scarabs to win assault and cause fearless wounds on both the wraiths and the scarabs. GW rules suck about this. The idea that a squad can lose an assault without suffering any wounds, and then suffer a ton of wounds because of it is one of those idiotic British things that GW is famous for.
