Alright so after licking my wounds from the last Steamrollers I have made some changes.

10 Dawnguard Sentinels +UA and Soulless - As a cryx player I really hate the soulless. And the Sentinels are great at killing, pretty much anything.
pEiryss - Why Eiryss1 over Eiryss2? Kaelyssa is a very adaptable caster and with the siphoning of focus/fury she has good play against hordes where Eiryss1 is much stronger against Warmachine
Ghost Sniper - Is this why Eiryss1? for the auto plinking of 6 damage? I personally don't see much of a threat for the 2 points spent here. Other solos can do great.
Stormfall Archers - Very good unit. Not much else to say

10 Dawnguard Invictors +UA and Soulless - Good choice again, gains from quicken, feat and are very good in melee if needed.
Ghost Sniper - Same points as Kaelyssa.
Narn - Good guy, acrobatics makes him a nice threat
Strormfall Archers - Brutal damage + feat makes these guys very, very mean.

Sylys is there to give me a free upkeep for Phantom Hunter so that I only pay 2 Focus to use it twice in a turn with the Hydra's

For solo's I wasn't too sure what to do with that...for the 5pts I could get rid of Eiryss and the Ghost and do another unit of Stormfall?

If you're taking Invictors, why no Reach 'jacks? Not sure how
I'd rework the list to fit something in, but it's a thought.

I've used the Pheonix before and it wasn't very good...I didn't get the results that both the Manticore and Hydra have given.
