I'm a bit confused when I look at these. The base-work is solid.
The painting is neat and tidy and very nicely executed.

Yet, you've left out teeth and some other details on many of the models and also they look unwashed in some places but washed in others.

Elaborate?

Generally these look about half way done.
You need to get your hands on some washes, or alternately, layer up some highlights.

Ogryn Flesh wash on the yellow armour would work wonders! ... Or whatever the new 'Shade' equivalent is..?

I usually speed paint my models that are in large groups. I'll have to get those teeth and details picked out. I do want to wash all green skin with a dark green. I'll try washing the armor with the color that was suggested. The armor is a bright orange so that will probably work.

I am going to try using a dark green wash on the ork's skin, a wash on the orange armor and I am going to go back through and pick out the teeth and other details I missed.

I keep posting pictures of models I think that are finished but they aren't.

I wonder should I start posting my work in the Painting Log section instead of the Showcase section from here on out?

While the paint is applied very well, the models are lacking depth. My suggestion would be to wash them as well, but keep in mind that they'll get darker. So next time your paint up whole mobs at one, try to use bright base colors and wash them (maybe even several times). Use yellow for the skin for example. Works really well if you apply two or three washes of (now ancient) thrakka green.
Keep it up!
