Am I the only one who is reminded of people I knew in high school and college when I think about the Primarchs? Here's my take.

Horus: captain of either the football or basketball team, hes the guy we all knew who everyone liked, was rarely a jerk to anyone
who didn't deserve it and could pull people who otherwise didn't like each other together.

Fulgrim, hes either some sort of athlete or does something of note and good freinds with the team captain, arrogant but for good reason, the kind of slightly feminine guy
who gets all the girls.

The Lion. A sexist self hating ridiculously gay jock who got his teeth knocked in right before graduation by the scary dude.

Konrad Curze: aka the "scary dude". He's the kid who came from a foster home after his parents went to jail, despite acting somewhat like sociopath he
would get pissed off when he saw something he saw as dishonorable, like some guy bullying a girl would go nuts and put the lion in the hospital. Hates the gay jock, the religious kid, the conformist.

Agron and the Space Wolf: the big violent guy who had a weird sorta honesty about him.

Lorgar: hes the religious kid who pushed religion on everyone else before rebelled against his parents and joined Scientology(if you haven't noticed the Chaos star is a copy of a Scientology symbol, hated by the "scary dude" who sees what a opportunist piece of gak he really is.

Dorn and the captain of the smurfs. These both qualify as " The Conformist" both are lying jerks who suck up to the school because in reality they are scared to actually have to make a moral decision themselves, or actually stand for something.

Emperor: principal who pushes half the kids to riot when he puts the kids of double secret probation after someone slashed his tires.

Who knocked out Lion's teeth? Lion and Russ battled for like a day before Lion sucker punched Russ for starting the fight to begin with. Emperor also punched out Russ. Russ must have a glass jaw as far as primarchs go.

Horus heresy eastern fringe, Konrad meets with Lion and the Lion is beaten up badly by Konrad but is saved after a Dark Angel stabs Kornard in the back with a sword.

According to ADB, both got equally beaten up. Lion was kicking ass in the beginning until Curze decided to stop fighting like a swordsman and just go for the kill. So while Curze was on top at the time the fight was broken up, it wasn't as clear as you're making it sound.

Yeah, it was pretty even. They both got the gak kicked out of them.

Although an amusing topic it is essentially non-canon and belongs in the 40K General Discussion forum.

There seem to be a few missing: mortation, peturabo, alpharius, magnus, corax, vulkan, and khan, sanguinius, and ferrus.
Mortarion would be the stoner who moved into hard drugs pretty quick and is now a total mess.
Magnus would be the bookworm nerd who the bullies (angron and russ) pick on all the time.
Vulkan would be the pyromaniac that would always screw around with the bunson burners in the science lab.
Khan would be the biker dude.
Sanguinius would the flaming gay guy.
Ferrus would be the guy who was really good at working on cars and planned on being a mechanic.
no idea what peturabo or alpharius would be.
