I don't think warplock jezzials are really worth the points anymore, for them you could fit in a unit of 50 slaves that would be much more profitable, Rat ogres also I think unless you have about 8 of them they will die due to lack of save as well as combat resolution.

Might be worth swapping one of the stormvermin for plague monks

and as a general rule of thumb I wouldn't have your clanrats in units under 30 unless your just using them for there weapons teams, in which case you need to stack slaves with them to tarpit and take the hits.

Grey Seer should probably get a ward save, preservation most likely

warlord most definitely needs to change into a chieftain for this points limit and give him a BSB, those rerolls are invaluble in a skaven army.

Engineer is ok, but doom rocket + condensor would be a better equipment combination o.o

even more reason to bulk up those unit sizes. Brets have a good ability to break you on the first round of combat and with units your size you'll be lucky to hold for there inevitable charge meaning your weapons teams wont get to do too much.

Hold a bret a turn after it charges its only str 3 meaning less and less are going to die in subsequent turns. I would still remove the jezzails, replace them with globadiers if you must and a deathglobe for those knights.

Would also consider removing the ogres and warlord to chieftain left over points in place of a doomwheel in that case

Grey Seer cant run with armour but I would look to give him talisman of preservation and to give your chieftain the armour.

With slaves honestly you only really want them running naked, shields at most. 60slaves should only be around 120pts, for your 216 you should be running about 100 or so. There not there to be killy and they don't need the FC either. Most of the time your going to lose combat with them at least the brets first charge by a horrendous amount no amount of FC will recover that nor gear you give them. But because of Steadfast and strength in numbers a 5 by 10 bus of slaves, so long as you don't lose more then 30 or 40 guys in a single round of combat will sit there pretty solidly with the BSB behind them.

My own personal template for 2000pts is this though it might help to see also.

It's virtually identical bar a single special unit, you've chosen stormvermin which will be beneficial against brets no doubt, but the large tarpit slave units I tend to value very highly though alot of people will probably have mixed views about this xD It would help alot to get more then just my opinion on this.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Tho, you notice I do forsake my own ward save, generally because of the massive line of slaves I have out front the chances of anything getting through them tends to be slim and if they do pull it off all the best to them xD

The Grey Seer can live with just Skalm, and a Dispel scroll or power familiar. What Talismans does he have, since he is only allowed to carry one magic item from each category.

You're BSB doesn't need the AHW, and shield as he cannot use the shield in CC with the AHW, and he cannot be singled out with shooting while in a unit. Save the points, and get another slave or something.
There is also better equipment for the BSB use, the World's Edge Armor is cool but, Armor of Destiny or the Enchanted Shield will end up giving you better saves, or be cheaper.

I think you should go with either the Storm Vermin, or Plague Monks. Drop one unit for the other, as 20 won't really do a lot for you.

Poisoned Wind Globeadiers are cool but you've gone all out to kit up an exspendable unit. These guys need to stay cheap so they can do what they need to do then die, and you won't be out too many points.

What's with the 6x spears with the slaves? Either the whole unit has spears, or no one does.

Rares are solid.

Spell check would really help your posts man.
