all it needs is basing, painting and more shell peices to cover the cup part.

do you guys want to know how I made the tentacles?

Looks pretty cool from what I can see. Humor me about the tentacles

you take a plastic cup, the ones you see in cheap cafes and you trim the rim off of it. you cut the rim in half and join the two peices back together (but not the same circular way, you do it so it looks like a wave.) then you add a barb to the end. gaunt talons trimmed off the arm works, but I prefer those barbs in the trygon kit.
