We can't really help you choose if you're not telling us what you want to play.
Also, I'm kind of sure this belongs to general discussion (not 100% sure), but I'm sure a Mod will be kind enough to move it if that's the case.

thing id say bro is decide which play styke yoh want and what models you want. and tbh... you can make a sexy demon army from the beastmen :-)

ive played fantasy demons and do play 40k demons. but id still recomend beastmen... its a fantasy ive always had to play them :-D

Both!! The beastmen and Demons are mainly on the same base size, so buy one and use it as both. Then you'll have 2 armies instead of one.

DoC will be redone before BM but still probably not for a couple of years. Then they'll have the terrible crumble/unstable rule too.

I like playing Daemons but I have Chaos in 40k and daemon packs don't scatter. Like a pack of thugs that show up just to get beat up.

Both armies have really cool figures. I'm going to say beastmen just because I absolutely love the shaggoth model.

there is no shaggoth in the beasetman book.

Beastmen models are loads better than the deamon models in generall imho.

This is very ture when the beastmen got there new book (so very long ago), it was like all the goodness left and went over to WOC. sadly i still carry on with beastmen using minos to crush into things and beast ambush for funzies.
