Is it possible. To make the aobr marines into csm. If so, how?

Nearly everything is possible in this hobby, but you will need horns, spikes, greenstuff, more spikes and more spikes. Oh, and I forgot more spikes.

Just replace the marine bits with CSM ones and you're good to go.
