I like the new Citadel flesh colors, but I wish there was something as pale as the old Elf Flesh available straight out of the bottle. The new Eldar Flesh is nice, but for drybrushing only. Is there anything in the P3 or Reaper line that's reasonably close (or paler)?

Vallejo Model Color 'Sunny Skintone' is pretty close.

Random question: Is there anything preventing one from simply thinning down Edar Flesh to a normal consitency?

I tried thinning some down without much success (water and flo-aid), it didn't mix well. If anyone has tips for thinning the dry compounds successfully, that would be ideal.
