Think it'd be pretty effective, you've still got 9 vehicles, with 5 Av13. With that many vehicles, its hard to destroy/stop them all, and then add in Meph for some great killing power. The tanks can do a lot of damage, and so can Meph, so it creates a dilemma for the opponent, some people will focus too much on Meph, may even kill him quickly but probably won't do much damage to your vehicles, so they can hit back hard, or vice versa. If you find the Librarian isn't doing enough (although i'm sure the 5++ save for your tanks will be useful) maybe try and fit in a couple of MM assault bikes instead.

I'd second the Attack Bikes. One thing I really like about this list is it's balance. You've got close and long range shooting with your Baals and standard Preds, good troops in good transports with that AWESOME BA assault line, while still having good ranged support with their razorbacks. The biggest flaw I see with BA armies is a lack of ranged support. A solid fast attack choice like those bikes may give the extra icing that makes a good list awesome.

Would it be worth dropping the vindicator or a predator for more bikes?

I like the original list, but I'd suggest dumping the Vindicator for a third Predator. A single Vindicator is unreliable, and causes a problem in that it needs to be somewhat close to shoot, while the rest of the army wants to keep back or outflank in the case of the Baals. In addition, armies that really fear it will make it a priority, while ones that don't can shoot something else. You don't want to make target priority easy for your opponent if you can help it.

This brings up a good point. Are you planning on moving your armor wall up in your opponent's face or playing more passive (staying back and shooting)? When I first read your list, I assumed it was the former since you want Mephiston in the fight. I was going to suggest dropping the HS Preds for another Vindicator and using the rest on ABs.

Or even going triple Vindicator and ABs with no Baals. But I'll admit, I'm not the biggest fan of the Baal Predator.

Bottom line, my suggestion is 2-3 Vindi's or 0.

I plan on moving up to midfield with the Razorbacks and sending the bikes forward while screening Meph. So maybe the preds arent best...

2 Vindi is deadly, 3 is terrifying., However they do eat up alot of points.

I think you have the points on the ASM razorbacks wrong, they should only be 155 not 165

optimus is correct, unless you have a melta in each ASM.

So that means I have 65pts. What should I do with the extra points?

I run into similar problems when I use AB and a bike priest in lists; end up with middle of the road points that I don't know what do with.

The easy route would be just add in some ASM and vindicator upgrades. Meltas and seige shields for example. Whatever boats your float. The meltabomb on the priest can be tradespace as well.

65 points, get a bike squad to run with the priest, you can use them as bullet magnets

I kind of like MM Land Speeders, personally. Bikes or speeders, it's a matter of choice - but I don't care much for the marine bike model.
