dang well thats not so bad str 9 isnt the worst thing, still makes AV 14 tough to crack with only 4-5 atks and problay needing a 4+ to hit.. But im excited to play an army other then CSM where just about everything is assault lol.

Remember PEMDAS(Parantheses, Exponants, Multiply and Divide, Add and Subtract)
Thats how it works in 40k. Multuplication bonuses are added first.
One exception is the GK psychic powers Hammerhand and Might of Titan as they explicitly state they are added before multiplication.

Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines
Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Not Might, only hammerhand
Invest in an attack runt, 6 S10 warboss attacks are a good thing!

This is true only for Hammerhand.
Might of Titan does not have the "this bonus is applied before any other modifiers" disclaimer, meaning it is added after multiplication.
