Ok, so a few times I have seen the name Inquisimunda thrown around and wondered what exactly it is? Is it just Necromunda? Is it a fan-made rules? An expansion? Is it better or worse than Necromunda/vanilla 40k? And where can i find rules for it?

I've seen the term used to describe two things:

1. The game Inquisitor being played with 28mm models, rather than the official 54mm models, making for a much cheaper game.

2. A modified version of Necromunda rules with more of a focus towards Inquisitors.

Try Googling it, you'll probably find a better answer that way

I had a suspicion was one or the other, was rather hoping for the number 2 there though just curious as to whether people had more info than that and where i can find rules, all google has given me so far is peoples warbands and such

AFAIK most people think of option one when using Inquisimunda (Inquisitor game with 28mm miniatures).

Inquisimunda is a modded version of Necromunda that allows players to make Inquisition Cells, Chaos Covens, Xenos Kill Teams and loads more stuff as well as being able to take the original gangs from Necromunda. It has a few more changes to the Necromunda rules, some things that are rather cool, and an expanded Armoury Section from the original game.

If you're interested, Resources with pdf's for the rules, etc can be found here - http://empireofghosts.blogspot.com/p/inquisimunda-resources.html

And there's a forum, though it moves rather slowly dedicated to the game here - http://inquisimunda.proboards.com/

I like it cos I liked the Necromunda rules and this just expands and allows me to use my other 40K stuff too.
