Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.
A very nice paintjob indeed. The NMM (I assume it is NMM, at least?) is incredible. One thing I could point out, however, would be that way the roses are painted make them remind me a little of coloured marzipan

Holy wow. I especially love the roses and skull on the scythe. Very Grateful Dead-esque! Did you convert those youself? If not, do you know where I can get this figure?
