New and improved list after the edit:

HQ - 760
Nemesor Zahndrekh
+Royal Court - 5 Lanceteks +1 Solar Pulse + 1 Orb Lord

Overlord w/ Res Orb
+Royal Court - 5 Lanceteks +Solar Pulse

Elites - 335
Heavy Gauss Stalker
Heavy Gauss Stalker

Troops - 520
5 Warriors
+Ghost Ark
10 Tesla Immortals
10 Tesla Immortals

Fast Attack - 200
5 Gauss Blades
5 Gauss Blades

Heavy Support - 180
Annihilation Barge
Annihilation Barge

I plan on using the Stalkers to mark enemy units for Twin-Linking, and Zahndrekh's ability to give things (namely the barges/Lanceteks/Stalkers) Tank Hunters, and Lanceteks+Zahndrekh move ASAP into the Ark and the Lord goes with an Immortal unit. It also just now occurred to me that I am throwing quite a bit of AV13 onto the field. Oh, and I plan on harassing the crap out of my opponent with those TL Gauss Blasters. Alternatively, I could drop those and grab a Destroyers unit with 3 Heavy Destroyers, perhaps another Lancetek and a couple more Warriors.

I wonder if two applications of the stealth special rule stack... Tomb Blades could have a 1+ Cover save if so.

Doubtful. You either have stealth or you don't.

Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high

Tomb blades can get a 2+ cover save if they boost and have shadow looms.
I'd consider grabbing those or Neb. Scopes to bring the bikes up to BS 5, and maybe swap the heavy gauss back for the heat rays, that'd also give you a bit more utility, since they also have the ability to lay waste to hordes with those heavy flamers

Sternguard though, those guys are all about kicking ass. They'd chew bubble gum as well, but bubble gum is heretical. Only tau chew gum.

need 2 courts IMO.... Also, very light on the AT. Heavy Gauss just isn't as good as the heat ray or shredder

That's what the Barges and Immortals are for.

Unless, of course, your court or a HGC unit has Tank Hunters, in which case you have a S10 weapon against vehicles. Or S9 for the Lanceteks.

The Heat Ray, while Melta, is not all that viable against the armies I'm facing. By the time I'm within Melta range (or even Tamplate range), my armor will have been penned more than a few times. While the majority of a Tau army cannot hurt my Stalkers, Railguns can. The Shredder, while pretty nice, doesn't have the same range, though scoring hits on enemy units may be easier and allow me to mark a couple units at a time...

i find your lack of warriors disturbing.

i see what your going for here but i'm a bit skeptical about how the list will do without even a full warrior squad warrior squads.

What will a full squad of warriors accomplish?

HGC unit? Either way, one squad of 4 str 9 weapons may wreck, at most, 1 vehicle. 1 lance per squad has always been too light, I've tried it and found I always missed or failed to pen when I really needed it. Other than the court, you have A-barges which are great at supression, and lots of gauss, which is great at supression as well. I think you either need 2 courts, or some lances. Also, if your facing a lot of tau, 2 courts are great as you can wipe out lots of broadsides, and gauss can supress the hammerheads.

Heavy Gauss Cannon unit. I could have just said Stalker, but that would have been less confusing.

I'd have to remove a Stalker, a Barge, and a unit of Gauss Blades to get that next RC in, though I could have 2 units of 5 Lanceteks.

Does this need 3 Stalkers? Only the 3 Lanceteks and the 3 troops + Transport aren't TL already. I would prefer to see another Royal Court of Lanceteks to make full use of the TL of the Stalkers.
