Worth taking?
I'm looking to get around 4 or 7 of these I'm just wondering what people think of them on the field, they look decent but seem a little expensive and prone to fire.

NO idea about the stats for the skin wolves but I will be taking them as Treekin in my WE army (FW is a cheaper option for alot of us aussies)

Yeah I know :/ I really want them in my WoC list, it can remain themed too with the MoT being reasonably good raising there regen to a 4+, though it does mean they lose there benifet if they hit fire... Idk its tough to justify a 200-400pt chunk of my list to give to them being that for some reason they are only str 4 t4 yet cost more points then most ogres/rat ogres.

As mentioned, their rules are horrid. At the price of a stomp you can get almost the exact same offensive power from an individual Chaos Warrior (either of Khorne, AHW, or both) for less frontage and less points. Yes, Skinwolves can attack in two ranks... but that's still not too much considering six of them will net you 18-ish attacks (plus stomps) whereas six Chaos Warriors could theoretically net you 24 attacks.

If they were +2 attacks, +1 S, or similar I'd consider them, but as they are now they cost too much for what they can do. You want a regenerator go Chaos Trolls: They lose WS5 but gain S5, Vomit, and the mutative Regeneration (at a higher Regen value, no less).
