Hand of the Emprah is used in the assault phase and confers +1 str and fearless.

Now if equip my sister Superior with an Eviscerator would she be str 7 or str 8.

the question i am really trying to ask is the +1str applied before or after the Eviserator.


i want to say its similar to furious charge, and be str 7 but maybe its more like hammer hand. idk.

A little blunt but nos has it right. Unless stated otherwise (like in the GK psychic powers) you multiply for power fists and the like before adding any other bonuses.
