I buy Warmachine models from both Maelstrom and Wayland miniature stores. Due to my local customs regulations, I can order for max 21£ or they'll double my expenses. So Maelstrom is very beneficial since they give free postage for orders over 10£. Wayland Games doesn't have any rule that say they give free shipping, however I got free shipping on perhaps 50% of their products. The free postage discount followed a random pattern. But now none of their products got free postage anymore! Why?

And Wayland's colour system which shows wether models are in store or not is not working at all. So whenever I order some models which are concidered "good", they're sold out. Maelstrom games on the other hand have their colour system up to date, bad thing is almost everything is sold out. So where can I find a good online store which is not sold out on Privateer Press models and give free postage?

Wayland only tend to give free postage occasionally - subscribing to their mailing list actually isn't a horrible idea (for once).

Another option worth looking at is Total Wargamer, (albeit that's because it's a semi local store), while they don't offer free shipping, they do tend to have significantly cheaper products when a sale is on.

WM/H is still gaining in popularity and the UK company that casts them for Privateer for sale in the EU is likely having trouble keeping up.

Miniature Market handles international orders pretty well. They have good stock levels as well. I've never had any customs charges here in Canada with them and we have a similar system to Norway. Their shopping cart generates shipping quotes after you add stuff to it.

I'd recommend checking out eBay as well. I've had packages from both Discount Games Inc and Discount Games Store marked favourably as far as customs values are concerned.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.

"Our website, at this time, doesnt have a live stock level or advise of whether stock is available"

That is a quote from an email my friend received from wayland.

Why they bother having it at all is beyond me as all the times i have used them the system has never given accurate info.

Postage is only free when they have a offer on but expect to wait a long time as they don't seem to have the capacity to work through the increased demand. It took them 10 days to send my order and my friend is still waiting for his to be shipped.

And if you raise a ticket often what you will get is a non answer or what looks like a automated response. Will not be using them again.

Nice! I bought alot of Hordes models last autumn which gave me free shipping on about half of the product range.

Thanks for mentioning miniature market - seems just what I need now! Rather cheap shipping it seems and loads of stuff apparently in stock.

When I looked about a week ago for GW products it had free shipping on purchases over $100.

The advantage of US suppliers is that Privateer is in the US and they manufacture faster than their UK/EU contract casters. Stock levels are usually much higher from US online stores. And Miniature Market's stock levels are actually accurate, unlike Waylands.
