Ok, so I might be paranoid but I am not completely sure of how this works so I want to get additional input before I try it in an actual game.

Techmarines are able to repair a damaged vehicle during their shooting phase, my question (the first one) is this, can they repair a titan and if so can they restore lost void shields/structure points? Or if nothing else can they repair damaged weapons.

As a related question regarding Antaro Chronus (the sargent who rides in tanks), dose he have to ride in a tank tank, like a predator? or could he ride in something a bit... bigger...

Firstly, apocalypse is apparently very house rule-ish, so it'd probably be up to you whether a techmarine can repair a titan weapon. And they can't repair broken vehicles, just certain bits of them, so no new void shields/structure points for you!

Secondly, Chronus is from the SM codex, and since there isn't any titans (the 'bigger' things I think you are getting at) in that dex, then I'd say no, sorry. Unless it says he can ride in any friendly vehicle or something, I thought he was bought like Pask as an upgrade for the vehicle, meaning it would have to be a vehicle from the Codex: Space Marines

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

I'd imagine not, but other status effects or weapons damage I think would make sense. Which would also make sense from a fluff perspective for the most part.
