I'm thinking I should go with the termies as I want to be able to assault if need be and it seems like I get more out of it from the 500 pts. I prefer 4 LC over the TH/SS as I hate attacking with less attacks + lower initiative. Also I plan to have the librarian ride with the terminators to cast unleashed rage. My thought process is I need a better way to deal with hoards (using showers of low strength shots) that's not reliant on the vindicator's blasts.
Drop all the meltas and PW (100 pts), get 2 more Razorbacks (310 pts). That leaves you with 290 points to spend. I'd go for Baal's, you already have Mephy which is a hard enough hitter as it is.
I'm a fan of more armour and of staying back and shooting. My assault squads only get out if they get blown up or to grab and objective in cover.
Mind you and assault termie squad with FNP in a LR is a very close second...
With what you have already, I would go with the Baal Preds. The more AV13 the better chance your AV11 has of staying alive. Your already Mech Heavy so I would just keep rolling that way (see what I did there?)
