I am Not a necron player, but play them a lot. I think to use a stalker, its more of a support unit,
but I personally dont think you have enough units to support. Just my input.

As per like, the army is too small to have 2 stalkers in there, you are just lacking bodies to make the twin linking any use, and the stalker is not a great unit in itself - it needs others to take advantage of its rules.

If youre taking a barge lord, make sure he has a scythe so he can sweep tanks.

Somewhere over the rainbow, way up high

Honestly, its a good idea at higher levels, but for the amount of dakka you could get with 3 annihilation barges at half the cost, and still have more left over, that may be the better route
Also, 4 bases of scarabs isn't likely to make it to their target, or be strong enough to cause enough damage.
You could benefit more from the res orbs by swapping the immortals to warriors, and having more bodies in general. (granted, this lowers your armor and weapon strength)

I like the idea here, but would suggest this variation:

HQ
Overlord w. WS on CCB: 180
2x lords w. MSS, RO and WS': 180

Troops
10x Tesla Immortals
9x Tesla Immortals

Elites
1x Triarch Stalker w. Heat ray: 150
1x Triarch Stalker w. Hvy G Cannon: 165

Total: 998

You could also do 10x immortals in each squad and 2x Heat Ray Stalkers, but having a str 9 shot could really help against some crazy big vehicle that might be a surprise as well as TLing the other heat ray should you need to focus fire. The initial heat ray has a 66% to miss with one of the shots, anyways, so why not ensure that the one that will likely hit be at str 9? Ap1 at 24" range might make things difficult, though, especially if you're being kited by 2x DE ravagers.
