Quick-fingered Warlord Moderatus

Alright gonna make some sternguard soon outof DA veterans and I want some help finding good combi-meltas
Warforge.fr is a good choice but it's currently outof stock.
Chapterhouse ones are really cool but I dont know if I really want to shell out $22.50 on some models that will already cost me $60 (25 for the DA veterans and 35 for the razorback)
Any help would be appreciated

If you like the look and can get your hands on some Blood Angel Infernus pistols, you could convert your own to look like this:
(yes, I totally stole the idea from someone else, I can't remember who though QQ )

I take the never used melta sponsons off of the leman russ kit (or any melta weapon), clip off the melta head and put it under the barrel of a normal bolter...
