So I have decided to make it easier on myself and paint my Crons like the GW studio Nihilkh (sp?) Dynasty - the guys with the turquoise and gold scheme. Do they have a good step-by-step guide in that big, fancy, new "How to Paint Miniatures" book+DVD? Or maybe an article on their website about how to do it, with what colors, techniques, etc.? Can anyone help me out? At least indicating which paints to buy...

And is that book worth it? I'm not sure what the price is, but I shudder to think... Maybe it has some really great advice and specific tips though.

Anyhow, if anyone could help me, I'd be much obliged. Thanks Dakka!

Hehe, you need the new white dwarf, it basically has a section dedicated to painting that dynasty, what paints to buy, what stages etc. It's set up like in the painting guides.
