First is the question, Can you have Color Sergeant Kell and Nork in the same CCS?
Onto the reason why, best part is that you can field this in a 1000 point game with 2 vets squads and dropping the carapace armor.
CCS- 880
Straken
Kell
Nork
Hvy Flamer
Flamer x2
Priests x5 w/ evisicrators
Yarrick
Carapace armor
Krak Grenades

You may never run that, but imagine the WTF factor! you can lose a priest and gain a chimera and have a death assault ball. why would you run that? because it is the right thing to do.

While yes that setup is legal, I'd advice against it. If you take more than 1 SC at such a low point cost you find that you do not have enough bodies. Chances are that you will almost automatically lose objective games due to having only 2 fragile scoring units. Not to mention that a high strength blast could wipe out the most of the unit in a single turn.

At a 1500 point game you could have a few power blobs to go along with this setup and have some sort of scary wall of corpses deal going on.
