Hey,

I'm planning a Pre-Heresy army and found this pretty neat Inquisitor Model

I know that it's out of scale for regualr 40K, but I've got a especially large special character which I'd like to base off of it.

Would you say I could pull it off?

With a little work you might be able to turn him into a Contemptor...

I'm a little confused, are you going to converting the tyrus model to use in 40k, or convert a 40k mini to look like tyrus?

Judging from the fact he is dwarfing that 40mm base i would be weary of using him for even a primarch. In 28mm scale i would guess Tyrus would stand about 20 foot.

He will be huuuuge (and not in a good way) in a game of 40K.

We are talking TOWERING over a Dreadnought, here....

54mm is not higher than a Dread.

Actually, upon measuring my Belial conversion, I doubt he'll be that much of a problem.

I didn't think the Inquisition was that big of an organization until after the heresy?

I'm not using it as an Inquisitor. It's a pretty awesome suit of Pre-Heresy TDA, with the Wargear that I need (Minus a Storm Bolter, but hey, that's not exactly hard to do.)

Actually, he most definitely fits under the category of Really Damn Big. Might work as a Primarch, though.

So yeah. Very much taller than a Dreadnought.
