Hey everyone,

This is a thread showing a startup video blog I'll be making that goes into the recreation of a defunct, terrible (terrible as in I couldn't play them well) army and how I'm intending to get them fully painted, with complementing backstory, within 6 months.

This isn't a video blog showing my personal skill as a painter, or anything along those lines. This is a video blog of someone who is fairly below average skill, and has really terrible time management, and how they overcome this and get a fully painted army put together, and the end result of all that hard work. The basic idea is to show a diary of what I guess you could consider the 'average' war gamer, someone who falls in and out of the hobby depending on time constraints and how its possible to achieve something with the right mindset. It'll also show some fairly light hearted humour, as I don't tend to take my war gaming that seriously.

In any case, any support by subscribing or liking these videos would be greatly appreciated! This vid blog is in conjunction with a new podcast that is being created called the Meg n' Pixx Podcast that will pretty much jump into anything gaming. DnD, Wargaming, Board Games, Video Games, MMO's, you name it, we'll prolly do a video on it eventually. We love everything gaming, and we think others should appreciate other gaming cultures as well!

Right, shameless plug over, lets get to the videos, my apologies for the first one, its fairly boring as all I had to film was black painted models and my handi-cam skills are....poor to say the least ^_^. They will get better as I get some progress done!

Warning: May contain some salty language (to some).

Mate, I loved that bit when the music starts and you see the cam moving up the dragon and around to some of the troops! I thought that the whole vid would be like that! Still, a very interesting start. Looking forward to further updates!

Hah, if only I was talented enough to do something like that.

Admittedly the vidcast thing came at the 11th hour, I did several takes and was pretty annoyed by all of them, vidtaping black models is hard!

I'll pull some more badass shots once I get some models done.....in fact you just gave me a idea!
