You can use vallejo or reaper the following colors.. The new conversion chart is pretty much useless for the new paints. your best bet is to use one of the other lines.

Vallejo Game Color - Heavy Blackgreen
Vallejo Model Color - Black Green
Reaper Master Series - Jungle Moss

I use Reaper Pine Green myself. It works well though it is a touch brighter than the old Orkhide Shade Foundation.
